A growing, Ireland based digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its fully remote team. This organisation delivers innovative, client led software solutions and partners closely with customers to design and build high impact digital products.

This role sits at the heart of client engagement and delivery. You will bridge business and engineering teams, leading discovery, defining requirements, shaping backlogs, and ensuring solutions align to strategic objectives.

The Role

You will:

• Lead client discovery sessions to uncover business goals and challenges

• Translate requirements into structured backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Facilitate roadmap planning and backlog refinement sessions

• Partner closely with engineering to ensure solutions meet business intent

• Support delivery across the full SDLC

• Mentor junior team members and promote best practice ways of working

Key Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital or software environments

• Strong Agile and Scrum experience

• Proven track record leading client facing discovery and requirements workshops

• Expertise in backlog management using Jira or Azure DevOps

• Strong documentation skills including process flows, journey mapping, and wireframing

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language

• Comfortable influencing stakeholders across technical and non technical teams

Nice to Have

• B2B product or client environment experience

• Salesforce exposure

• Consultancy or client services background

• Experience working across multiple client engagements
